In Part 1 of this video, I told you that Brendon Burchard inspired me to write There's No Plan B for Your A-Game.

Why did he inspire me? Because Brendon and I have a little competition thing going on—and that's a GOOD thing.

It's a healthy competition. We push each other to be better, and that's how it should be.

See, one of the big misconceptions out there today is that competition is a BAD thing. Far from it.

Competitive spirit pushes us to greatness. Brendon and I will discuss why in Part Two of our discussion this week.

We'll also clear up some of the other wrong ideas I hear about being the Best, like:W

  • “Is it selfish to be the Best?”
  • “Will I have to step on other people to get to the top?”
  • “Do I have to be an extrovert to be the Best?”
  • “Will I have to dominate other people?”

All of these ideas can hold you back from getting to the top.

Brendon and I will set the record straight in this week's video. Check it out above.

Take Action:

Is there anyone in your life who you “compete” with? Be honest! If not, is there a colleague or a friend who can become your training partner so you can push each other toward greatness?

Let me hear from you in the comments!
