I've been obsessed with being The Best my whole life, in every role I embrace. Whether I'm being a father to my children, a husband to my wife Dawn, a friend to my colleagues or a speaker in front of a crowd of tens of thousands of people, I give everything I have.
But it was a journey to get here. I didn't always operate on this level.
If you're in this spot, if you're on the way to being The Best, I don't want you to be intimidated or discouraged. I want you to be hungry. Because it doesn't really matter that you're not The Best . . . yet.
