It's an ongoing battle—pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.
It's too easy to play it safe. In your comfort zone, you're protected, you probably won't fail and you definitely won't embarrass yourself.
But you probably won't achieve greatness, either.
Dawn and I discussed a few weeks ago that a lot of coaches, speakers and trainers don't talk about their “lean days.” They're also not always transparent about the things that made them nervous or uncomfortable.
I did some things that definitely pushed me past my comfort zone this year, and I want to share them with you.
I hope it reminds you that there's no real “finish line.” We ALL need to push ourselves farther—constantly.
We have to keep challenging ourselves together, as a community.
And here's the thing: I didn't climb Mt. Everest.
I confronted a few things in my business that I might normally avoid. (I'll show you what they are in the video!)
When you see how these small steps made a huge difference, I hope it encourages you to take a second look at your own comfort zone.
(And also inspires you to give yourself a little push!)
In the video, I'm also going to share some of my favorite moments of 2019. I invite you to do the same below!
