Every summer I speak to thousands of high school students who want to become doctors, scientists and technologists. These kids blow me away because they don’t want to just BE in these professions, they want to LEAD them.
From the stage, I spend an hour teaching them how to:
• Share their personal story in a way that is universal and will connect to anyone, and everyone, they come into contact with forever.
• Build the communications muscles needed to physicalize how they express themselves, and lead others their age to do the same.
• Give all of themselves consistently to every position they play in life—student, sibling, son or daughter, teammate and more.
