Events and Products Terms and Conditions -

Terms of Participation

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Bo Eason's Personal Story Power Event (the “Seminar”), Personal Story Power Online (the “Online Training”), Storytelling Playbook (the Home Study Course) and any other Online Training Products conducted by DB21, Inc. (“Promoter”). By registering for the Online Training at any one of our locations (“Website”, “Hotel”), you (the “Buyer”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for the Seminar and/or Online Training.

Buyer Conduct

Promoter requires all Buyers to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other Buyers and their guests or families throughout the Seminar or Live Event, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Promoter reserves the right to ask Buyer and/or their guests to leave the event immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Buyer’s tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for any other written or implied guarantee.

Liability Waiver

Under no circumstances will Promoter or Bo Eason or their assigns be held liable for Buyer’s injury or death or any loss or damage of personal belongings resulting from participation in the Seminar. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his or her health including injury or death that may result from participating in the Seminar and hereby releases Promoter, Bo Eason, and their officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to his or herself and their personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to Buyer’s property and for any and all illness or injury to Buyer’s person, including death, that may result from or occur during Buyer’s participation at the Seminar, whether caused by negligence of the Promoter or its representatives. Buyer agrees to notify Promoter if he/she has any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper them from fully and healthfully participating in the Seminar and acknowledges that the Promoter retains the right to ask them not to participate in portions of or the entirety of the Seminar. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of participation in the Seminar including any emergency medical treatment. Promoter does not give legal or financial advice and under no circumstances will be held liable for results.

Online Training/Course/Program Terms

If a customer cancels within 3 days of registering, a refund will be issued upon return of the unopened bonus materials. After the 3 day period, all sales are final. Only applicable if online access to course has not been opened/activated or live training has not occurred. For LIVE training upgrades to VIP, all sales are final.

Personal Story Power Event (Seminar) Terms

Once attendee registers for the Personal Story Power Event, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration burdens, expenses and loss of business. Additionally due to limited space we reserve a seat on your behalf that takes away from other potential attendees. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds beginning 10 days after attendee has registered for the Power Event.

Any attendee seeking to cancel registration after 10 days will not under any circumstances, receive a refund. Again, this is due to the extremely limited seating for an event of this nature and with this caliber of celebrity speakers. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the Seminar after you have registered and after 10 days have passed since registration, we will happily transfer your ticket to someone else or allow you to attend a future Seminar WITHIN ONE CALENDAR YEAR on the same topic at our sole discretion. If you move your attendance more than once in a one-year period, there is a $500 transfer fee.

Failure to notify The Bo Eason Experience at events@boeason.com of non attendance by 14 days prior to your scheduled event will be considered a “no-show” and your ticket will be forfeited.

All reimbursements are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and all Promoter decisions are final and binding. Any statements or requests for refunds received after the cancellation period as outlined above will not qualify for refunds.

Event Cancellation Policy: In the rare occurrence that an event needs to be cancelled by the promoter due to acts of God, health issues, attendee safety or other factors that are beyond his control, the promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with travel or travel cancellation by the attendee. This includes but is not limited to hotel, airline and/or other associated costs. The promoter will forward your seat to one of the next two events (your choice) at no additional cost. Although, if you elect to not attend a future Power Event, you will not receive a refund and your seat will be forfeited.
